I am Yulia Abramova, corporate trainer, marketing strategist, and founder of byAbramova. I help leaders and teams transform their entrepreneurial mindset, because I believe the results change when the way of thinking, deciding, and acting changes.
My career began in projects associated with Procter & Gamble, where I learned high standards of service and commercial discipline. Afterward, I led sales teams, created corporate internal training institutes, and since 2014, I have been advising companies as a strategic consultant. I hold a degree in Sociology and I have a Master's in Marketing.
My approach unites emotional intelligence, marketing with a WOW effect and AI integration into business. I've launched online products with billings up to €50,000 per month, managing every phase of the process. I work from a place of trust, consistency, and conscious growth, with a strategy of co-sourcing, integrating into each project as part of the team to build and grow together.
Mission
I firmly believe that a service company can grow without losing its humanity: with mindset, standards and a WOW experience that it's noticeable in every conversation. When communication is cold or too formal, new customers drop, repeat customers decrease, and the business loses its motivation. I work in co-sourcing to transform the team's culture, service approach, and strategy from within, so that trust, loyalty, and the drive to grow return.
